Mupirocin ointment applied to skin?
i have to apply this ointment called mupirocin to the skin around my eyebrows. i can't fall asleep with it on because it will rip out my eyebrow hairs its thick. how long does it take for an ointment like mupirocin to be absorbed into the skin before i can wash it off? should i even be washing it off? how long should i keep it on for 2 hours? its for bacterial infection apply twice a day.
It sounds like you might be using too much. You probably only need to use a little. And rub it in well and it will be absorbed faster. I don't think you are supposed to clean it off at all.
