How can I switch my nine month old daughter to give formula (breast milk & formula) from pure breast feeding?
My nine month old daughter is still exclusively breastfed. Although he had stopped breast feeding directly through me since 3 months since I've been back at work and she used to use bottle. I believe he's already got all the nutrition she needs to eat so I want to introduce formula milk mixture. Sometimes, I feel so tired because even though he started eating solid food, milk intake is not reduced. When I came home from work, That's really sad to me that instead of carrying and playing with him, someone else should do it because I still need to pump. I try gradually mixing (3 oz milk, 1 oz formula) but he still refused it and he will only suck his thumb instead. I do not want to starve, but I also wanted to spend more quality time with my husband and I and that I temporarily ignore because we have a baby. Other suggestions?
