BSN Body Building Supplements: What's the difference?
I'm trying to figure out which product is a creatine supplement, Cell Mass or N.O. - Xplode. If you read the labels they both have a section called AVPT (Advanced Volumizing and Performance Technology) that mentions creatine throughout the proprietary mix of both products. Can someone help me understand why this is the case? Is this taking in excess creatine if I'm using both (which I am)? Is this some marketing ploy to confuse me at the register so I buy both. I like using BSN products and I stack these two along with Syntha-Six/True Mass and Nitrix but after reading the labels ALL the products read VERY similar in what they accomplish. Since I'm stacking the supplements, I'm not entirely sure what works and what doesn't. Bottom line: I want to avoid marketing hype and find and use supplements that do exactly what they say without all the hype!
You may want to rethink what you are doing as far as what you are stacking. It could cause more harm than good. You probably shouldn't stack 2 creatine products. Too much creatine is not good. When using creatine you need to make sure you take in a lot of water. This will help your liver. You need to keep your liver flushed when using creatine. Then you must cycle you creatine to correct way too. If you don't you will harm your liver and other things. Creatine does work, but personally I stay away from it because of the risks. Additionally if a person stop using the creatine the quickly lose the gains that they once had.
