3. Natrol Water Pill
Do you think that this will help me lose weight faster along with my dieting and excersing? btw i'm 6'0" and 280lbs. And yes I have researched this, but i just would like more input. Thanks =]
I drink about 2 liters of water daily and work out every other night so i won't overdue it.
First, these will help you lose weight a little, but they won't solve your problem. Once you are off these things you will gain the weight back and feel as though you've just wasted all that money. Second, just because it's from a health food store doesn't make it safe (remember ephedra?)
The best way to help you lose weight is by doing Pilate's/Yoga, walking, and more protein in your diet.
Also, make sure not to take any type of diet product that contains Aspartame! This has been known to have people gain weight and increase their appetite. It also is known to harm organs in your body. (short chemistry lesson- Aspartame turns into formaldehyde when heated above 90 degrees...your body is above 90 degrees unless you're dead. Lesson over.)
You need to change the behavior that got you in the spot you're in now. Pills won't change how your mind works. They just do a temporary job.
Increase vegetables and berries, protein. Decrease sugar.
