How long does it take for hot-flash meds to work?
I just recently started getting my first hot flashes and was wondering
which remedy works best and the fastest?
I've been taking "Complete Balance" AM-PM by NATROL, with Soy, Calcium
and Black Cohosh for 5 days now and it doesn't seem to make any difference.
Am I expecting results too soon? How long should it take to feel improvement?
I appreciate your advise.
In general, herbal medicines take time to act.
