What do you know about acai berry?

I've been wanting to try out the acai berry for a while now. I recently found that walgreens sells acai berry supplements...but I don't know how good the stuff is. What I'm looking at is called "Natrol Acai" and it is the vegetarian stuff. In ingredients, it says it contains 500 mg of acai extract per serving. Is this a good serving size? Is this product even worth trying, or is there a way to get a more reputable brand in person? I would try the online stuff, but I just don't want to give my information out if I can find something that I can get in person...

Don't try the online stuff! A *huge* number of the online sellers are spammers or scammers. If you've been hanging out in this forum you've probably seen the massive number of fake accounts that exist just to try and sell acai berries to posters. Does that sound like a reputable business?

There are also a lot of reports online about acai berry services which pretended to be free trials then charged peoples credit cards huge amounts of money and refused to refund them. Sometimes they didn't even send them any supplements.

If you really want to try acai berries, buy them from a real store where you can be sure you'll actually get the stuff and where you can talk to them if anything goes wrong. I don't know if they'll help you or not. I suspect not, but different people react in different ways to foods and things, so maybe they will.
