What kind of creatine should I switch to?
I have taken Creakic Hardcore Muscletech Gakic and over the last few months. It works great I love how help me lift. The only problem is that it's like 200 dollars to set up and I cry every time I have to buy it lol. It doesn't last that long either may one month or slightly more. I wonder what would be a cheaper substitute for good will actually work effectively. I like the pill I hate taking creatine powder. So the person who gave me good advice but what should I switch to? Like what brand and where I can get it and how much?
When I started to mix the creatine powder w / apple juice / cider I found it was very well masked. Try D)
