Does Melatrol Work For Insomnia?
Does anyone have any experience with Melatrol for helping with insomnia? I have found some articles and such, and some people do seem to swear by it.
The idea of finding a natural product to help me sleep seems much better than using drugs.

I have not used Melatrol, but have used another similar natural product and have had good results with it. The main ingredient that is helpful is valerian, which is used to promote relaxation and help fall asleep. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try it.
