Medicine Ball
What weight medicine ball do I need in order to train for mini tennis?
I'm a beginner and I want to practice with a medicine ball, what weight should I buy?
I'd start with a lighter weight like 4 or 6 lb ball. Don't get a 12 lb for a beginner. It would be too heavy and you could injure yourself with a heavy ball. Start with something light to train with and then move to a heavier ball when and if you have mastered your training. Good luck
