Why can you take Maximum Lipotropics diet pills after 4pm?
i as looking at dietry supplements to help with the good old new year resolutions loose weight. it says on the packet that you cannot take after 4pm? why is this? I eat very late in the evening sometimes due to work can I take a pill later to compensate for this?
no doubt they contain amphetamine which is speed so after 4pm it would keep you up all night.
Why do you want to lose weight anyway?
try to steer clear of pills and drugs as they become addictive and the come-downs are horrible.
Try regular exericise EVERYDAY increaseing the amount you do gradually when youve reached the weight you want carry on exercising though or youll put it back on. Everyone has different methods of "working out" so try various different ones and see what works best for you. but to start with i advice you get a personal trainer to help otherwise chances are youll do it wrong and nothing will happen.
