Caltrate Question?
1. Is it okay to take Caltrate with a multi vitamin like Centrum, which already have a zinc content of 15 mg? I understand that max zinc consumption is only 15 mg per day?
2. I happen to have a bottle of caltrate, 100 tablets expiring on April 2007. Can i still take them after april 2007 with the same potency as a new bottle? i trust it is still safe to use?
Yes it's safe to take the 2 together, Ur body will discharge any vitamins not absorbed in to Ur system.
Yes the bottle U have that is expiring in April will be fine 2 take. I doubt they have lost much potency. I have taken antibiotics that were 2 years old & they still worked.
