Are the AM and PM tablets different? No. They are exactly the same, however are packaged in AM/PM dosages for your convenience. It is best to take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at night with meals. You can start taking 30PLUS at any time during your cycle.
Can I take 30PLUS if I am on the pill? Yes. 30PLUS will not interact with the contraceptive pill.

Cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) is a herbal extract that assists normal hormone balance. A delicate balance exists between oestrogen and progesterone in the female body. When this balance is upset, a whole range of issues may occur. Stress, mood swings, irritability, irregular periods, skin eruptions, fluid retention and nervous tension may be present. Black cohosh extract used in 30PLUS (Cimi-Max) is standardised, stable and the highest quality available.
Tyrosine is an essential amino acid which has several functions which may assist women who are experiencing hormonal fluctuations or imbalances related to PMS symptoms. Tyrosine is a precursor to natural brain neurotransmitters, endorphins. Endorphins are the substances that make us feel good; therefore tyrosine may assist in the symptomatic relief of mood changes commonly referred to as mood swings, irritability, emotional instability, mild anxiety and nervous tension. As a result we feel fatigued and may suffer from chronic exhaustion. Tyrosine supports the natural thyroid function and may also be useful for weight management and fatigue.

Each 1 tablet contains a standardised extract of Black Cohosh (cimicifuga racemosa) rhizome dry concentrate (4-9:1) 50% E:W equivalent 2.75% Triterpene glycosides calc 27 –deoxyactein and .25% cimiracemosides. Cimi-Max is standardised to a level that guarantees the potency and actives that are required for maximum effectiveness, reaching a higher level than the basic herbal ingredients. Ingredients per 1 tablet: Cimi-Max 390mg, Tyrosine 150mg, Chromium Picolinate 200mcg (equivalent chromium 24.86mcg), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) 25mg, Folic Acid (B9) 99mcg, Cyanocobalamin (B12) 25mcg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate 24.23mg. No added starch, gluten, yeast, lactose, salt or artificial colouring.
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day taken preferably with meals. One tablet in the morning and one in the evening or as prescribed. 30PLUS should be taken for a minimum of two menstrual cycles before assessing its effectiveness.
