What is a supplement which increases your muscle mass, but doesn't contain creatine?
I am 16. Been going to the gym for 2 years. Want to get bigger with a supplement but not with creatine because apparently its bad for you.

firstly, it's obvious after 2 years you still don't know what you're doing. so i say study the science of bodybuilding properly first. because if you did know, you wouldn't be here on Yahoo Answers.
anyway, creatine is fine, it's more for strength i believe. protein shakes repair your muscles as fast as possible after an intense workout. and you need 1 gram per bodyweight in pounds of protein in yoru body, so protein shakes do help fill up those numbers.
with the right diet, sufficient rest and hard, intense, right training, you'd be growing well. that's all you need to know. if you're desperate for super fast results, something that people expect too much of during bodybuilding, then roids are the answer for you, but with badass consequences.
be patient, though by 2 years you should know what you're doing.
