WHAT YOU TAKE? lol I have read a lot about the BCAA, amino acids and all that lol but i just want to know what people who take muay thai, and BJJ on regular basis as I take? I just take whey protein but i 've read in a lot of things so I just want to know what works? and what other ppl take? summer comes and im workin on the body of the summer so plz take the time to answer This question ... many thnx;)
I generally just stick to protein shakes and sometimes glucosamine to help speed recovery. Many supplements are good for body building, but not athletic performance. When you cut weight, the last thing you want in your system is something like creatine, that retain water. I started reading about the supplement last year, but came to the conclusion that you will need a degree in biochemistry to understand the most. I just stick with the basics and try to eat clean.
