Where else can I get protein?

I have been vegetarian for about 6 months now, and I went to the doctor, and he said that I need to find ways to get more protein, but the loser didnt give me any suggestions! Are endame beans any good? because I eat endame beans like a mad woman :D

Protein shakes - google some recipes or just mix a buncha stuff like milk v8fusion + blueberry + banana and ice
(whey isolate powder) - mine is 22g per scoop

Legumes
peanut butter
Pumkin Seeds - chocloate chip pumpkin cookies are amazing
Nuts & seeds - almonds are my fav.
Dairy products - milk, cheese, yogurt
Cereals & food grains
Soyabean
Vegetables
Fruits
Egg Whites - i go hardboiled
rice - brown if possible
chick peas
tofu
add a multi vitamin/mineral

Best advice is to research and eat 6+ small meals a day... keeps the matabolism up and provides easier access to protein among other health benefits.
