Can I still cook some Green Lip mussels I bought yesterday? they suffocated in the freezer and died today.?

they were closed when I purchased them at the fish market...expensive too.
maybe I should call a priest to throw holy water and pray to bring them back to life.

No No No No....never cook mussels that are already dead. I'm sorry, I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for. Just consider this an expensive lesson to have learned. Next time cook them within a couple of hours of getting them home.
