Do you think life is a natural and non-miraculous event?
I'm talking about life in the broadest, most universal sense. Do you think life is just a way that matter organizes itself under the right conditions, similar to how matter will change form (water -> ice) under the right conditions?
If you think about it this way, life seems a lot less special... in fact, it just seems like a glorified aspect of physics that we happen to be an embodiment of.
Certainly life is a natural occurrence because it is a part of nature, the world, etc. If one ascribes to evolutionary theory, then it seems a most natural and eventual result of chemical and physical processes. Certainly life is special regardless of whether there was some kind of divine intervention or not. It matters not whether there was any divine intervention. It seems to me that if there is some kind of divinity, then that entity was the table-setter and not an entity that can defy the laws of nature by some kind of intervention.
