Is losing 20 lbs in a month that unhealthy if done by eating mainly vegetarian and exercising/lifting?
I weigh 195 lbs and am 6'0" and want to get some dramatic results before college lets out May 10th...is losing 20 lbs of fat but gaining a bit more muscle that bad for me if done by eating alot of fruit, vegetables, some lean protein, tea, some whole grains and then taking whey protein as well while exercising and lifting?
If it's unhealthy, why?

Losing anything more than 3 or 4 lbs per week is unhealth.
