Is taking IDS Smart Gainer, Jack3d, and MuscleTech Cell-Tech Creatine okay?
I am 16, 160 lbs. and 6ft 2in. I want to gain muscle mass and get overall awesome results. I currently take 1 and a half servings of Smart Gainer every day. I plan on taking jack3d before workouts and maybe start Cell-Tech Creatine. Before I do any of this, I want to make sure that taking all three would be healthy and okay for a 16 year old. Are there other creatine supplements that work better than cell tech? Thanks.
I take amino acid liquid, a monohydrate creatine and muscle milk. It's a good stack for me and its basically all you really need.
