Laxative Powder

My stool is stuck (HELP)?

I cant get my feces out and it feels hard and big.
Ive strained and it didnt work at all.
Like some came out but I thought I was going to burst and in the end I had to suck it back in (nastily).

I dont know what the hell to do. PLEASE HELP

would drinking warm milk help?
I already had this powder laxative weird thingy but its not working... I think.

It sounds like you have fecal impaction, the fancy medical term for really bad constipation. The stool has become hardened inside your intestines and rectum, and won't come out on its own. This is especially common in the elderly and those with decreased mobility. Not drinking enough water can also contribute to this problem. There are several things you can try to help ease it along. For starters, I would not take anymore laxatives. They may cause more cramping and won't really be very effective.
Drink lots of water over the next day or two. Not drinking enough water probably led to this problem. Take a stool softener; Phillips makes a good stool softener and the generic works just as well. Make sure it is a stool softener, not a laxative. About 12 hours after you take the stool softener, try a Glycerin suppository. These are available at your local drug store also. Once you insert it, you will feel the urge to go. Try to hold it as long as you can. You may need to use the suppository a few times over the next day or two. A few long walks might help as well.
If you cannot resolve this problem within a few days, or you start having severe abdominal pain, I would suggest seeing a doctor.
