really bad Constipation.......?
Is there any products you can use when you have really bad Constipation. Ive tried enemas but they don't really work. I had only like two small bowl movements in 7 days. The thing is i had candida and lots of problems that it caused in my body, like acne. So i really wanted to get rid of it really fast and i bought my self three lac, and Super Viragon. The hole week i was just eating eggs, vegetables and I was taking three lac 3 times a day and super viragon more then recommended. I did that for three days my face cleared up and allot of problems went away in just three days of using three lac and super viragon. It was amazing how allot of problems go away ones u start killing candida. My tongue was so white and its barely even white. but the bad thing is it left me with a really bad Constipation. I never had that before. Its so bad enemas don't help at all. How can i make my bowels start moving again.
Try co-lace or Perico-lace, it always worked for me when I was pregnant. That's the only time I've ever been constipated! Fruit like apples, prunes, pears work miracles! You can also try benifiber. If that doesn't work call your Dr. they can prescribe something that will work in no time!
