What are EPA / DHA fish oil disruption in Costco mg 1200's?
The bottle says that Kirkland Signature Enteric Coated Fish Oil has a total of 684 mg of fat omega-3 acids. Does anyone know how many mg of DHA and EHA at 684 mg? their vitamin line is closed on weekends. 
I have never tried this brand, so I do not know specifically what you requested. However, I only know the great benefits of taking cod liver oil, has helped me stay very healthy for many years. CLO - Having a number of health benefits. I took a tablespoon every morning. I have noticed here recently how my hair, skin and nails grow like mad, and still quite strong. My hair was down to the bottom of my back, and I tried my luck at selling to a wig maker! So, yes this is a benefit outside. But I've noticed CLO also has helped keep my intestinal tract and is cleaned out. I usually use the bathroom 2 -3 times a day. It is also nice to help manage and lower cholesterol. I've never tried the form of pills, I'm sure there are as many advantages, but the liquid form may go to work immediately to read! Thank you!
