Has anyone taken Valerian Root or Kava Kava?
I saw these herbs at whole foods, and they looked like something I could really benefit from! I've heard though, that these herbs are not tested as rigorously and could be harmful to your health.
Has anyone tried these herbs or know anything about it? What effects did they have on you?
I take Valerian Root before bed time and it helps me to fall asleep.
