how many st johns wort should i take in a day for a good result???
im currently taking magnesium and vit b6 to try and help with pms. i hear that st johns wort can help with the anxiety and panic side of pms, how many should i take a day to feel the benefit? any other tips from people greatfully recieved.
For best results, take (1) 300mg, three times / day. Make sure you use St. John's Wort of standardized extract. It will take about three weeks before you reach a blood level to feel the benefit.
