Probiotic side effect question?
I started taking probiotics about 4-5 days ago (Jarrow Formulas Jarro-Dophilus) And It has worked well for my GERD but today I passed a small amount of diarrhea and then the rest of my stool was normal but green. Is this normal getting onto probiotics? thanks
lots of things can make green stools, black licorice for one and so can black jelly beans and spinach, basil pesto, grape koolade, grape jello, etc.
If rainbow poop is your only side effect, I wouldn't worry.
