When is the best time to take vitamins?

Every day I try to take:
2 Omega 3,6,9 Complete EFA
2 Probiotics by Jarrow Formulas
1 Colostrum by Jarrow Formulas
1 Calcium Magnesium Zinc
2 Glucosamine w/ MSM
2 Wellness Formula by Source Naturals

Should they be taken at night beofre bed or first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, or with a meal, what if I forget and remember right before bed or then is it best to skip? Should I take them all together or not? Can you offer me any advice about nutritional supplements? I am new at this, thanks.
I exercise regularly and the vitamins are all natural minerals, not synthsized. I am looking for knowledgable people to respond with helpful information, if you do not know what the supplements I listed are, keep your comments to yourself.
PS. I also have arthritis in my neck and upper back, that is why the glucosamine


there are two twpes of vitimins, water soluble and fat soluble. many vitimins will make your stomach hurt if you take them on an empty stomach. and will actually destroy the lining in your stomach. i take my vitimins after breakfast. your body will absorbe what it needs and excrete the rest.
