What is the cause of irritable bowel syndrome?
Hi i am 27 year old man i am suffering from irritable bowel syndrome i want to know the cause of it
please tell me
IBS is due to stress plus faulty food habits . Manage ur stress by applying "logic" every where , even u may find a book " how to apply logic" . Food habits are very individual based , what suits others may not suit you . So by the way of elimination process learn which foods are good for you. some known good foods are Quaker Oats for breakfast , take a bowl full , u will feel a lot better once u start it . Use lentils/moong dal rather than chick peas or other large seeds . try idly / dhokla . go on eliminating one item from ur food & see far few days , how do you feel. that way things might turn better for u . Doctors in general will give u some stress buster tablets & normaxin etc crap medicines which have cured no one . One thing more , go far one hour of good exercise every day , this has power to cure all the problems .All the best .
