Can I juice wheatgrass for an entire week?
I bought a juicer and want to know if I can juice quantities for more than 1 or 2 days and store it in the fridge? Will it lose its effectivness to the extent it's not worth doing that? It would really help to be able to do this only a couple times a week.
It is recommended to consume the juice within minutes of juicing before the juice oxidizes and loses its nutritional value.
