Help. Am I in Trouble as a Mom?

My 7 year old son wets the bed, and grinds his teeth.I have never told the doctor this in all my kid's years,
And my doctor has not diagnosed anything because I did not ask.

Also, my son has bad asthma but on the school records I never marked that he has asthma, and never gave the school or teacher his inahler/nebulizer for an attack....................

Am I responsible to report this to the doctor and school?
Could I be held liable or negligent as a mom?
((Yes, the doctor did prescribe an inhaler/nebulizer but I never informed the school or teacher or gave it to them.......................))

He failed first grade and kindergarten. I want him to go to 2nd grade but the teacher wont let him because he is a failure and should repeat the first grade. Help. I want him to go to 2nd grade.

I think you should definitely tell the school about his asthma, what were you thinking about when you decided to hide that from them, what if gets an attack and dies just because you didnt do such a simple thing?? Grinding teeth is not a big deal but tell the doctor because it can cause some problems to the teeth and gums. The wetting of the bed could be phychological or physical and of course you should tell the doctor about it, if its nothing serious at leats you know there is nothing to worry about, but what if it is something important?? To answer more directly your questions: yes you are responsible for telling that to the doctor and school and yes you could be held liable of negligent as a mom.
