well i just downloaded some hypnosis mp3's and i was wondering what to do with them what i mean is like well it comes with a subliminal way to get rid of shyness but the problem is that it is only noise there isn't any therapist talking in the background or anything like that so i was wondering what to do with it could you please tell me or give me a link where it tells you step by step how to use this in an effective way well thanks.
