Is liver Cleanse effective?

I have read about the liver cleanse and have been wanting to do one for some time. Over the last few weeks I has been prepared with careful cleaning type things like getting clean your teeth early, and perform cleaning parasites. I should finally be ready to make my heart clean in about 2 weeks or more. Im doing it to improve my general health but the main focus is on shoulder problems and allergies are real bad. Suppossedly a clean liver suppossed to unblock the bile ducts and promote bile flow over the suppossedly eliminate your shoulder pain as bursitus. Can anyone tell me if this is an effective cleaning heart and let me know your results. Please do not respond if you do not have experience with a clean heart, or if you do not know about it. Hey Jake is very effective to clean the liver, but also be sure to do a colon cleanse as well. Wont be as effective if arent toxins cleared from the stomach. Try to ge normal bowel movements (at least 2 times a day). Following are some ideas to heal your Bursitus.
