how to do assay of omeprazole pallets in HPLC using methanol and water as a mobile phase?

i want to devolpe a method for omeprazole using methanol and water as a mobile phase but i dont know in which ratio this mobile phase should be used and wht will be the flow rate and wavelenght of detection on this mobile phase
You should be given standard omeprazole samples with known amounts on omeprazole in each sample.
Run each of these sample through the HPLC and record the retention times of each of the samples - Plot the data.
Then run your sample from the finished product.
From your plot you should be able to tell what the concentration (in mmole) of omeprazole is in your sample from the chart you constructed.
You will also know how much sample of omeprazole you used in your assay, from your amount and the sample weight you should be able to get and assay of the omeprazole from:
mmole omeprazole (from experiment(based of standards))/mg sample
= mmole omeprazole/mg sample
