Have you had peddlers trying to sell you a product called Himalayan Goji juice, claiming it as a magic cure-all

They try to sell it for $55-$70 per liter, depending on the country, claiming it "cures cancer, heart, liver, kidney, pancreas and hundreds of other medical problems. When one reads the label on the bottle, it is 99% apple & pear juice & about 1% goji berry extract. Should these quacks be stopped by International authorities? I say they give false hope to very sick people, who could otherwise be cured.

Most of them show up here and claim those same things, and try to steer the gullible suckers to their websites to buy this crap. There is so much quackery being promoted in Yahoo Answers, it's really hard to believe!
