Herbalife!! Can someone help!!?
i am 18 years old, i weight 152 pounds and i started taking herbalife. i am drinking the shakes twice a day.I add 2 scoops of the shake mix and one scoop of the protein powder to every shake. I drink one at 8am and one at 12pm. i am eating a normal meal at dinner and eating fruits in between the shakes. i am also taking the multivitamin and the cell activator tablets. i take 3 cell activator pills and 2 multivitamin pills per day plus the herbal tea concentrate twice a day before the shakes. i also sometimes drink the aloe vera tea. will i really loose weight this way?
and if so.. about how many pounds??
if I'm not doing this right, can someone tell me how to do it!!

Save your money and eat sensibly, take exercise.
