Is 5 Hour Energy a healthy energy drink?
The active ingredients include about 500% vitamin B6, 3000% vitamin B12, Taurine, and some other things. I had one for the first time yesterday and about 2 hours afterwards I had a few hot flashes and then about 3 - 5 hours afterwards I felt like working out. I actually broke my record doing push-ups? Does anyone know anything about this energy booster?
It isn't as bad for you as the other energy drinks tend to be but it is not quite the best. The best one that I have tried is called Blue-Rez and is similar to 5 hour energy but has a major advantage. It has resveritral and blueberry extract. If you don't know about resveritral do a search on resveritral and 60 minutes to see a report they did early last year.
