How to stop losing hair on scalp?
I'm 23 and losing hair on my scalp. Any suggestions about stopping this loss and regrowing my hair are welcome.

Never comb or brush you hair when it is wet, as hair is very fragile then. If you use a setting lotion or mousse, put it on after you have combed or brush the lock of hair that will be curled or braided.
When shampooing, never use rough or circular motions while cleaning your hair. Use gentle light motions. Otherwise you will see many strands of hair in the floor of the tub or shower. Again, hair is at its most fragile while it is wet.
When I had thyroid cancer, my hair got thin on the very top, and I was told what I've just told you. It worked.
Over time, I've found that Infusium shampoo for fragile hair is the best and gentlest, and gives my hair strength and body.
