is olive oil is a good nutrient supplement for hair?
is olive oil could be used for stopping the hairfall??
Hi buddy,
OLIVE OIL is a good nutrient supplier for hair,but it doesn't help in hair growth.But it can stop hair fall.Likewise do the BADAM OIL,it is a best nourisher for hair.It strengthens the hair root.To get best result,do the following,
1.Heat 2 spoons of olive oil,1 spoon of badam oil,5 spoon of coconut oil together.
2.Before going to take hair wash,say 40 to 50 minutes,apply this oil mixture to hair and scalp,the oil should be not be too hot,the heat should be bearable/warm.
3,Nicely give massage to hair and scalp.Do this for 15 to 20 minutes.
4, After 40 minutes take a warm wash with shikaka powder/besan flour/with any good shampoo.
If u do this regularly,u can find a big difference,that is ur hair fall would be gradually reduced,hair glows,feels silky and soft,roots become strong too.
Also eat healthy food.Have more veg and fruit salads with ur daily breakfast and lunch.Lead a healthy life.Cheers!
