Is it bad to take herbs for an extended period of time?
I have a health supplement called vibrant health green vibrance. It says it contains herbs among other things, thanks.
I just checked the product online...not sure which product of theirs you are actually taking. I read up on the powdered one for now - other than their using quite a few unnecessary ingredients...(sorry my humble opinion of course!) 
) - I'd say it's fine. As I've been making my own formula from organic herbs/veggies for yrs (I have one organic farmer I get stuff from) I can attest to the fact that most basic greens are wonderful and full of nutrition. Herbs in general are usually fine for long periods of time as well...so should be fine. Remember, herbs are 'food' and for the most part very mild acting in the body.
