Does Goldenseal Root really clean your system?
Soo, I have to take a drug test this up coming Tuesday and i am a pot smoker but the last time i smoked was this past weekend, so one of my co-workers told me that he used to be a big pot head and that he used Goldenseal Root supplements from GNC to pass several drug tests. He said that he would stop smoking 3 days before the drug test and start taking Goldenseal and pushing water. So i got some yesterday and started taking them today. Has anyone used this method? I'd just like to make sure.
it's pretty risky. the only way to be sure you're gonna pass it wait several weeks, depending on how much you smoke. it also depends on your body type and how bomb the smoke was. if you have high body fat content it takes longer since the THC stores in your fat cells. if you're smoking chronic it's also going to take longer than if you just smoked some dirty ses. there is better stuff than goldenseal though, go to any smoke shop or look around online and you'll find plently of drinks and pills that should do the trick. you can also get home test kits on eBay and elsewhere so you can test yourself before the real test. one thing's for sure. the more time you go without smoking the better your chances. don't think just because you have the drink you can go blaze one on the way to your test. another foolproof, although sometimes risky method, is to swap in someone elses piss that you KNOW doesn't smoke. good luck!
