i want to make a drink for pre and post workouts from the gym (weight training) ?
i have the following products whey protien,Fructose ,
Maltodextrin,Glutamine Peptides plus can i drink them during in the day like in a shake. i am a driver so i cant cook meals on the road and i am starting to miss meals is there anyway i can not do this by drinkging shakes
i would just drink the whey protein as it says to serve, here is a video on an easy protein shake
whey, however, makes you hungry (or at leat it makes me hungry) so i dont know about substituting meals with whey
