increase energy without using energy drinks?
I love how the energy drinks make me feel when I'm at work. On the days I most really need it and even do a good job. They make me alert and helps me focus! At the time I start my shift, I hit the wall because I has gone up eight hours and working my first job. So, I'm tired when I have to start my second job! I do not get nervous on energy drinks, I just woke up and became more alert. But they are not healthy for us! What can I do to duplicate the feeling, vigilant in healthy energetic (and affordable!) Road? 5 hours energy drink which is not far better. They are mostly vitamins, but they also include a combination of ginseng and caffeine, and so on, plus they are expensive. Please help AND!! I DO NOT SEE ME FOR AS COFFEE IS NOT HEALTHY IDEAS. COFFEE THAT DOES NOT SOUND GOOD FOR YOU. I'm thinking, flooding my body with vitamin c, vitamin B and ginseng before my work shift.
How about coffee thats made you for a long time!
