about ginseng?
a few weeks ago my cousin was telling me about something that I should take that will help me concentrate and have more stamina. I think he was talking about ginseng, but I cannot remember.
can ginseng help you concentrate?
is it safe to take?
what are effects of it when taken around the same time as drinking (alcohol)?
if it is not ginseng what would help me concentrate on stuff in a similar fashion?
I bought a bottle of Ginseng and I have tried taking it for a period of weeks with no noticable affect. I also tried doubling the daily dosage and still nothing. I tried taking 5 times the recommended amout for one day and nothing.
