im thinking to take Protein just to gain wheight is it good idea?
i want to take protein just to gain wheight not for training etc will i gain wheight?
if yes what protein product do you recomend for fast gaining wheight?
I think you need to be a bit clearer about what you want. Eating protein will only make you heavier if it adds muscle mass. But muscles don't grow unless there is a very good reason - exercise.
If you want to add muscle mass then you'll need to do the right exercise as well.
For protein there are a lot of options. Eggs are a very good source, as is whey or milk or other milk products such as cottage cheese. Meat is good of course and don't be afraid of fat because it can help to metabolise some nutrients.
That said there are other alternative to meat which are good sources of protein.
