Are all the sweetners Stevia also contains erythritol?
I do not know if anyone would know what I'm talking about here. But try Truvia recently, and found out I was intolerant to erythritol. It gives me a stomach ache, bloating, and diarrhea. So I bought a Nu stevia from whole foods instead, and stupid not to think to read materials. Well I experienced the same symptoms, and I checked the label and found out that one also has erythritol. Are all the sweetners Stevia also contains these ingredients? And I refuse to use artificial sweetners because it gives you mood swings. By the way I posted it on the vegetables because we tend to become health crazy. lol.
I will look at stevia from health food stores, because less likely to have additive.
