Please tell me some non-processed natural yummy foods that are very low-cal?
I love dried fruits, apples, bananas, cranberries. . .
I also like cheese. It's very good for you, good source of calcium, and other vitamins, and besides that, they can't figure out what the reasoning is, but it helps women lose weight. Eggs are also another good source of protein, and they help fill you up. Lean meats are excellent. Not hamburger or pork. Cook up some steak, salt and pepper it, and put it in a baggie, and snack on it at work the next day. Bring some smoked salmon, another great source of protein.
These are suggestions that not only helped me lose 150 lbs, but also made me a lot healthier.
