Focus Concentration
How do I increase my concentration and focus?
I get distracted so easily and hate to sit down and study or do assignments. I also do everything the last minute, if you know what I mean. How do I improve?
Any hints?
i really understand you because that's also my former situation..
life taught me to be focus..
after you understand what's the reason why are you studying, then you will be motivated and more focus on what you are doing..
for example, you should know that why we are all studying is for our family and for ourselves..
-for our family because we want to help them after we graduated..
-for ourselves because we are preparing for our future.. we want to have a great job.. always remember the quote that ''failing to prepare is prepaing to fail''..
another is you should discipline yourself to 'reduce' doing unnecessary things like playing games.. i emphasize 'reduce' because you should never forget to enjoy "sometimes"..
well you can be responsible and enjoy what you are doing at the same time..
