Is it okay to drink this "cold and flu relief" drink?
i am 17.. it contains paracetamel.. it says to take one every 4-6 hours, and to not drink 4 in 24 hours.... i have already had 4, and the last was about 5 and a half hours ago... will it be okay if i have another?
Yes, it wont hurt you to have an extra dose here or there. It's not a good idea to make a habit out of it or go overboard, for fear of overdosing, but you can definitely have an extra dose sometimes. The recommended doses are well under what would harm someone. I have done it in the past when desperate and nothing happened. I wouldn't recommend it though for children.
