Eating of flax oil and seed,is good for health or not ?Can i get fibre from flax?Where can i get it in Chennai
I started taking it because it is very good for us. I take the flax oil rather than the seeds. If you use the seeds you must grind them up. They don't digest if eaten whole and will not give you any real benefits other than fiber.I have found a great way to get fiber. It is a product named Benefiber.You can mix it in any drink except carbonated drinks and you can''t tell it is there. Mix it in your eggs before you scramble them,put it in salad dressings,mix it in ice cream,They need to put it in packets like artificial sweeteners.Flax oil and fiber and your good.
