im just wonderin if someone can OD on...........................?
ok so i was wonderin if someone can od on a fiber supplament like fibersure that u put in water or fiber tablets ?
it says on the fibersure to take one tablespoon in water or food 3 times a day but if i take like 10 tbls in a water botter bottle like 8 times a day and i take the fiber caplets 5 times a day and i only eat food that has lots of fiber in it will i get sick or over dose or sumthin cuz someone who realized i was taking it that much said that i can overdose from it ?
so i was just wonderin ?
