extreme fat smash diet?
I need to get started on something and wanted to ask to see who has done this diet plan...
first off is it more of a vegetarian type plan??
and second its is expensive to follow food wise we are tight on money and cant afford too much extra on the grocery bill..

It's actually not a crash diet at all; it's very healthy and you can (and should) stay on it indefinitely. It doesnt' cut out any food groups (like carbs), and you eat plenty of calories. It's just specially designed to boost your metabolism by eating certain foods at certain times combined with specific exercises.
I have been considering this "diet" too - it's doesn't seem expensive, and I know he lists specific options for vegetarians, though it isn't specifically a vegetarian plan.
It shouldn't be expensive at all. In fact you'll probably save money since you won't be eating desserts, cookies, crackers, sodas, and other bottled drinks (incl alcohol). Those are the most expensive parts of your grocery bill. Healthy foods generally cost LESS actually than less healthy, pre-packaged foods (a bag of beans and a bag of rice is like $2 and could yield 12 servings as opposed to a frozen lasagna that is $7 and will give you 4-6 servings).
